Our mobile mechanic services are available during normal business hours, subject to scheduling availability. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide services in temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius or colder due to safety concerns and potential damage to equipment.

For the successful completion of our services, clients must provide a suitable and safe working environment. This includes, but is not limited to, a driveway, underground garage, or enclosed garage space. Adequate space is necessary for our mechanics to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
5. Service Appointment:
To request our services, customers must schedule an appointment through our website at midnightplus.ca providing the confirmation code . We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on availability, location, or weather conditions.
6. Vehicle Accessibility:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is easily accessible to our mobile mechanics. Any obstructions or limitations in accessing the vehicle may result in service delays or additional charges.
7. Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work. We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
